Abstract
Revit is a very powerful tool, and it embodies the BIM methodology. It is best known for being developed specifically for Building Information Modeling, including features for architectural design, MEP engineering, structural engineering, and construction. BIM is more than just an evolution of design; it is a new way of approaching project planning. Based on the use of Revit for the BIM methodology, this paper seeks to demonstrate Revit and its approach to the functioning of the BIM methodology, utilizing the parametric methods that Revit supports.
