Abstract
This research article’s main objective is to analyze the professional insertion policies of the Action Plan for the Promotion of Employability (PAPE), implemented by the Angolan government, in accessing young people to their first job. The study focuses on unemployed people registered with PAPE in the city of Luanda, aged over 18, and focuses on identifying the main challenges faced by the program in the insertion of young people from the municipality of Cazenga into the job market. To carry out the study, a case study methodology was adopted, based on the application of questionnaires and a bibliographical review, allowing the formulation of conclusions that can contribute to a more in-depth analysis of the problem of professional reintegration.
