Abstract

le, facilitating the identification of potential conflicts and allowing for early adjustments. There was a 20% reduction in delays compared to the traditional method. Communication among professionals involved in the project was also significantly improved. It is concluded that using BIM 4D in housing construction can bring significant efficiency and cost-saving benefits, provided that initial implementation challenges are overcome.
