Main Article Content

Abstract

This research is the result of a research process focused on analyzing students' investigative skills and abilities through their final coursework in the History specialty, conducted between 2010 and 2016. The authors refer to this process as "Historical Behavior." To achieve this, indicators such as topic, grade level, gender, work variables, and the main lines of research of the students in the program in question were considered, among others. This allowed for better programming, guidance, planning, and execution of research in the Final Coursework at ISCED-CS, especially in the Department of Social Sciences.

To achieve this objective, inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, documentary, and mathematical analysis methods were used.
