Abstract
The present study focuses on analyzing the challenges faced by accountants in relation to new technologies in companies in Angola. This research is based on the understanding to the operationalization and modernization of accounting word and various areas. With the advanced accounting software, artificial intelingence, and clouud storange are transforming the way accouting activities are transforming the way accounting activities are carried out in private companies. These advances require professionals to have nit only technical knowledge but also continuous updating, digital skills, and analytical capacity. Furthermore, ethical issues andinformation security arise, which directly impact the professionals oerformane. Thus, this study aims to analyze how new technologies affect the daily work of accountants, highlighting the main challenges and the main challenges and the skills needed to remain relevant in the job market.
