The preparation of educators for family guidance related to the comprehensive education of early childhood children

Abstract
This work aims to prepare early childhood educators to develop family guidance, so that families become protagonists in their children's education, stimulating their integral development based on the demands and personal example of parents and other family members. In this process, they should receive guidance from the early childhood educator, whose role is to act from the educational institution, establishing a favorable emotional bond with families and the community, enabling them to guide families in developing educational work at home. This article analyzes the theoretical positions adopted based on different references related to educator preparation and family guidance. It also proposes how to prepare educators to guide families to achieve better performance in the institution-family relationship and, above all, prepare them to stimulate the development of early childhood children.
