QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN THE EDUCATIONAL CONTEXT OF HUAMBO

Abstract
Educational quality management in the various educational subsystems in Huambo has been assuming an important dimension, as an indicator of accountability and a factor in organizational regulation and development. The research used in this study is qualitative, and the technical procedures are bibliographic in nature.
Thus, the management bodies of the various educational subsystems, faced with the demands of quality and social credibility, are subject to improving educational quality. This text aims to analyze and understand the relevance and pertinence of educational quality management in the most varied domains of the educational context, with an emphasis on communication, mechanical management, and organic management.
Management tools are one of the indicators of quality and have proven to be suitable for achieving excellence. The Pedagogical Political Project and self-assessment instruments are important means of improving motivation and the quality of educational services. The great challenge is to build them democratically, involving the entire group directly involved.
